📋 Description

• Support the execution of human resources plans and practices with the HR Partner Team • Interact directly with clients regarding employee relations, compensation administration, benefits, talent acquisition, and talent development • Support preparation of employee policies and procedures • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, processes, and systems • Identify areas for continuous improvement of HR services and processes • Assist with projects in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and state and federal regulations affecting HR functions • Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting comply with applicable regulations • Partner with stakeholders on HR-related processes and provide updates and reports • Provide guidance on employee relations, leave of absence support, employee separations, and risk consulting • Conduct employee investigations, including interviews, data gathering, results, and delivery • Provide ad hoc training to client management teams on compliance, engagement, development, and leadership • Create reports using HR metrics and analyze human capital data for trends • Guide benefit plan design and employee enrichment programs • Participate in department staff meetings and other meetings and seminars • Ensure employee matters are handled consistently, fairly, and without discrimination • Work with sales to onboard new clients and build and maintain client relationships • Help guide transformational HR strategy and solutions for supported clients

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish – speak, read and write • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with at least five (5) years of human resources experience; or a minimum of seven (7) years of human resources experience • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred • Knowledge of HR administration, employment, compensation and classification, and employee development • Broad knowledge of HR functions • Knowledge of legal requirements and federal and state employment regulations • Knowledge of facilitation and presentation methods • Knowledge of statistical methods, concepts, and analytical tools used in HR processes • Experience with interviewing and candidate evaluation processes • Ability to analyze HR data and draw conclusions • Ability to interpret and apply state and federal statutes and regulations to HR issues • Ability to provide recommendations for employment and employee relations issues • Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks with changing priorities and deadlines • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in client relationship management tools, virtual meeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to move up to 15 pounds at times • Ability to participate in video conferences/meetings
