📋 Description

• Lead observability and monitoring operations integration and workflow support, including event-to-incident patterns where applicable • Manage events and incident support tied to monitoring platforms • Provide visualization support, including dashboards, operational views, and reporting • Support OpenTelemetry implementation, including instrumentation patterns, collector operations, and telemetry handling, when directed • Implement automation solutions using Splunk SOAR/Ansible • Join Makpar's growing team as an SRE/Observability/Monitoring/Integration/Event & Incident/Visualization/Open Telemetry SME Support consultant • Help manage events and incidents tied to clients' monitoring platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering, including architecture and integration work • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Hands-on experience with event-to-incident workflow design and ITSM tooling • Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns and collector operations • Experience building dashboards and operational reporting views for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Splunk SOAR or Ansible in a production environment
