📋 Description

• Harden and secure Solventum’s speech products through patching, application coding when needed, and improved automated security-patching processes • Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems • Implement and maintain monitoring and performance-metric reporting for Core Speech products • Perform capacity-planning tasks • Implement and maintain operational alerting systems • Participate in an off-hours site-reliability support rotation and respond to alerts • Collaborate on projects and independently drive improvements to system performance and architecture • Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives while complying with professional, quality, security, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development, OR high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development • Attention to detail • Ability to solve problems logically, methodically, and efficiently • Experience with DevOps-tool languages such as Python, Jython, and shell • Knowledge of Java and Go • Experience with Git version control, especially GitHub or GitLab • Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL • Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and AWS DocumentDB • Experience with build systems, CI, and CD, including GoCD, GitHub, and GitLab • Experience with virtual environments and containerization, including Docker and containerd • Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools, including Ansible, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Experience with AWS products including EC2, EFS, EKS, S3, RDS, and CloudFront • Experience with monitoring, log aggregation, and message streaming tools including Grafana, Redis, Solr, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Filebeat • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Ability to travel 5%-10%
