📋 Description

• Contribute to system architecture and technical direction for scalable, maintainable software solutions • Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications across the full technology stack • Modernize legacy systems using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools • Coordinate development with offshore engineering teams, review code, and ensure high-quality delivery • Partner with Product to translate requirements into technical solutions • Write clean, maintainable code and promote performance, security, and reliability best practices • Investigate and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and system challenges • Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and third-party services • Support testing, documentation, and code reviews • Stay current with emerging technologies and improve development efficiency and product capabilities • Use AI coding tools as a core part of the daily workflow • Help establish team norms for prompt engineering, code-generation review, and responsible AI tool use • Contribute to AI agent workflows that automate multi-step engineering and product tasks using LLM APIs, MCP tooling, or orchestration frameworks • Act as an influential technical leader, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives across the development organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework) and JavaScript • Proficiency in Python and Java is helpful • Experience building modern web applications using Angular; React or Vue.js experience helpful • Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Django, or similar frameworks • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Strong understanding of API design and integration, including RESTful services and GraphQL • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to design and implement scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and system analysis skills • Experience working with distributed and offshore engineering teams • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a strong plus; demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn are accepted • Experience with or strong interest in building LLM-powered features or agentic workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs • Familiarity with Ionic, React Native, or Flutter is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 6+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in SaaS platforms • Demonstrated experience delivering complex software systems in a collaborative development environment • Must be able to show documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America • Full-time availability • No supervisory responsibility required
