📋 Description

• Manage all licensing deals and administrative communication, including contracts, deal memos, approvals, and delivery of licensed products into the marketplace • Forecast sales and revenue, track licensing activity, update and deliver quarterly reports, and ensure performance targets are met • Develop and execute licensing strategies with the VP of Retail & Licensing and Brand Partnership teams • Build and maintain relationships with licensees, brands, artist management, and industry contacts worldwide • Coordinate with Brand Management, Creative, Finance, and Legal teams on assets, payments, and contracts • Support licensee partners with marketing assets and campaigns • Identify licensing opportunities and monitor music, consumer, and retail trends • Protect band trademarks and intellectual property and report infringements • Manage Amazon artist stores, promotional merchandise launches, exclusive assortments, banners, and Amazon partnerships • Oversee Amazon On Demand design concepts, mockup approvals, product uploads, descriptions, and pricing • Maintain artist pages and product and banner content on Amazon Music • Execute targeted Amazon and third-party advertising programs • Supervise the Retail & Licensing Coordinator and ensure timely production order placement and project distribution • Assist with newsletters and updated marketing materials for retail partners, artists, and branded merchandise • Stay current with fashion, music, culture, and entertainment trends

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a Brand, Retail, or Licensing role, with a proven track record of managing licensed businesses • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills • Comfortable adapting to shifting business landscapes and passionate about music merchandising
