📋 Description

• Support a key client's manufacturing recruitment needs • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and career opportunities • Manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Match candidates' skills to job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Use role competencies, skills, and knowledge to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Remove barriers and prepare candidates for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through reliable commitments and an exceptional hiring experience • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and workforce trends • Educate clients on local labor-market and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting within manufacturing • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate phone screens • High school diploma or equivalent • Workday experience is nice to have • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Ability to understand role competencies, skills, and knowledge • Ability to use sourcing strategies, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Ability to screen and assess candidates effectively • Ability to advise candidates and clients on labor-market and workforce-management dynamics
