📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities • Advocate for candidates and provide information and tools to prepare them for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Refresh knowledge of in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local labor markets and workforce management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience • Client-facing experience • Strong proven organizational and time management skills • Ability to provide direction and prioritize workload for support recruiters to ensure recruiting objectives and deadlines are met • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have) • Must reside in the United States
