📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Own workload and deliver recruiting metrics and commitments • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities • Advocate for candidates and equip them with information and tools for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Refresh expertise on in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local labor-market and workforce-management dynamics • Provide direction and prioritize workload for support recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience • Client-facing experience • Strong proven organizational and time management skills • Ability to provide direction and prioritize workload for support recruiters to ensure recruiting objectives and deadlines are met • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Must reside in the US • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
