📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them for career opportunities • Prepare candidates for successful employment by providing information and tools • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the dynamics of the local labor market and workforce management • Own workload, meet performance metrics and commitments, and prioritize recruiting objectives and deadlines • Direct and prioritize workload for support recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience • Client-facing experience • Strong proven organizational and time management skills • Ability to provide direction and prioritize workload for support recruiters to ensure recruiting objectives and deadlines are met • High school diploma or equivalent • Role is a W2 contract • Must reside in the US
