📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful manufacturing career opportunities • Learn about candidate skills, match candidates to job opportunities, and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments • Market, screen, and present candidates using role competencies and labor-market knowledge • Improve sourcing strategies through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Expand influence within the client portfolio and build client loyalty • Screen and assess candidates while advocating for them in career opportunities • Remove barriers and equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction by delivering an exceptional hiring experience • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the world of work • Educate the client on local labor-market and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting professional salaried positions in a manufacturing environment, including production supervisors, HR, and process engineers • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone • High school diploma or equivalent • Workday experience preferred as a nice-to-have qualification • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Ability to execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Ability to meet performance targets and recruitment metrics
