📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and manage the selection process for in-demand technical talent • Drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process • Provide an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients • Identify and connect with diverse candidates seeking technical roles • Learn candidates' skills and match them to job opportunities • Provide clients with top talent and consult on their talent needs • Explain how Talent Solutions can address clients' talent needs • Meet performance targets through goal orientation, initiative, and agility • Build authentic relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants • Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring to develop technical recruiting expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree • 2+ years in contingent workforce programs or contingent workforce vendor management • CCWP desired but not required • Ability to research and gather data to optimize resources and recommend/implement solutions • Ability to present organized and thorough information and data for the intended audience • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization • Ability to adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures using varied interpersonal styles and communication methods • Follow-up skills • Ability to provide timely and professional support to internal and external customers and vendors • Ability to prioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects while allocating time and resources efficiently • Self-motivated and team-oriented • Ability to consult with team members and management as needed • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative work relationships internally and externally • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Strong fluency using Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and create queries in company software applications • Proficiency with vendor management systems, preferably Fieldglass
