📋 Description

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using innovative, data-informed strategies • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards • Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche and high-demand talent • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact for a designated function or business area • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and client stakeholders • Provide workforce planning guidance, market intelligence, salary benchmarking, competitor insight, and talent strategy advice • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support • Schedule client check-ins to review recruitment progress and align priorities • Engage and manage third-party suppliers when needed • Track supplier performance and maintain quality checks and process compliance • Analyze recruitment metrics and conduct root cause analysis • Present recruitment performance data, metrics, and insights • Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals • Monitor industry trends and labor market dynamics • Share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams • Attend industry events to promote employer brand and expand talent networks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house) • Proven success sourcing talent across Sales and Retail • Experience using Workday • High school diploma required • Experience in strategic workforce planning or talent intelligence (nice to have) • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding (nice to have) • Ability to drive results in fast-paced environments • Ability to learn, adapt, and continuously improve • Data-driven problem-solving and sound judgment • Clear, persuasive, and professional communication • Ability to assess candidate fit and market value • Effective cross-team collaboration • Disciplined execution, focus, and accountability
