📋 Description

• Review applications and identify candidates who meet position requirements • Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with the role • Provide concise candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers • Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate communication with candidates and interview teams • Collect interview feedback, track next steps, and follow up to keep the process moving • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Conduct targeted sourcing when needed • Support offer coordination and the transition to onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting and screening candidates for global roles • Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple searches and follow through independently • Experience working with applicant tracking systems • Experience coordinating across time zones • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information • Eastern time zone location preferred
