📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate, construction, and related business functions • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and hiring timelines • Proactively source active and passive candidates through recruitment channels, social networking platforms, referrals, and industry communities • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for business needs, qualifications, and organizational culture • Provide market insights and talent intelligence related to real estate and construction hiring trends • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a consultative approach • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Leverage strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Utilize recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and data to drive hiring outcomes • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities within a dynamic and evolving organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience supporting real estate and/or construction recruiting preferred • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and strategic sourcing initiatives • Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing consultative talent acquisition support • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing business needs • High school diploma or equivalent
