📋 Description

• Build world-class teams across Directive while leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners • Conduct pipeline reviews, hiring strategy sessions, and recruiter coaching • Establish recruiting goals, priorities, and team performance metrics • Manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer negotiation and close • Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Conduct structured interviews and assess technical capability, leadership potential, and values alignment • Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, referrals, and market mapping • Advise hiring managers and executives on talent strategy, market trends, compensation, interviews, and hiring decisions • Lead intake meetings and maintain communication on pipeline health, progress, market conditions, and challenges • Report weekly to the executive team on role progress • Administer and own the Ashby ATS • Optimize recruiting workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting • Maintain recruiting data integrity and develop dashboards and analytics for recruiting KPIs • Partner with People Operations and HR leadership on recruiting systems and processes • Champion candidate experience, inclusive recruiting, employer branding, and global talent sourcing • Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts • Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ideally experience within a digital marketing agency, technology company, or professional services organization • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams • Recruiting experience for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops is required • Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles while maintaining full-cycle recruiting ownership • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques • Advanced proficiency with an ATS and other recruitment tools • Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is a plus • Experience using recruiting analytics and data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting performance • Experience recruiting across different global markets is preferred • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers • Strong organization and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve personal and team objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries • Established and current work authorization and permanent residence in the applicable country for global locations • Must be able to operate a laptop, software platforms, and office productivity tools • Must have reliable internet access and a professional background • Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and observe and interpret written and verbal communication • United States work authorization without sponsorship and current US residence are required by the application form
