📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle technical searches for internal and external candidates • Advise internal stakeholders on business strategies and talent needs • Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers • Coach hiring managers on search strategies, compensation, interviewing, and long-term engagement of passive candidates • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple disciplines and domains • Build long-term engagement plans with executive candidates • Drive talent pipelining for assigned areas • Deliver technical recruitment communications, including search presentations, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communications, and candidate preparation • Lead the offer process with internal stakeholders • Negotiate and close executive candidates • Create best-in-class experiences for candidates and hiring team members • Partner with peer recruiters on talent-pipelining engagement strategies • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring journey

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience specifically in core engineering (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, etc.) • Experience identifying technical talent working with technologies related to AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development, or Embedded Systems • Bachelor’s degree is optional
