📋 Description

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and related HR services • Deliver world-class care experiences to employees • Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement of the workforce experience • Partner with centers of excellence to improve programs and offerings based on customer feedback and experience • Deliver personalized support through chat, phone, and case work • Coach end users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc. • Adept at coaching people leaders and employees • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment • Continuous improvement mind-set • Comfortable with heavy use of technology • Must be willing to work weekday hours of 8AM–5PM Pacific and Saturday/Sunday hours of 7AM–3:30PM Pacific • Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime • Ability to communicate in French or Hebrew is nice to have • Long-term, ongoing W2 contract • Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone; Central Time Zone will also be considered
