📋 Description

• Identify, attract and manage the selection process for in-demand technical talent • Drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process • Connect candidates’ skills to open technical roles • Provide an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients • Identify and connect with diverse candidates • Learn about candidates’ skills and match them to job opportunities • Provide clients with top talent • Consult with clients on their talent needs and explain how Talent Solutions can address them • Meet performance targets in a fast-paced industry • Build relationships with clients, candidates and consultants • Participate in training, coaching and mentoring opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree • 2+ years in contingent workforce programs or contingent workforce vendor management • CCWP desired but not required • Ability to research and gather data to optimize resources and recommend/implement solutions • Ability to present organized and thorough information and data • Excellent communication skills • Ability to adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures • Follow-up skills • Ability to provide timely and professional support to internal/external customers and vendors • Ability to prioritize regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects • Self-motivated • Team-oriented • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Strong fluency using Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and create queries in company software applications • Proficiency with vendor management systems, preferably Fieldglass
