📋 Description

• Serve as the senior workforce management leader for a globally distributed workforce supporting mission-critical federal programs • Partner with senior business leaders and executives to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals • Provide thought leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development • Use data to guide talent and performance decisions • Foster a collaborative, high-impact HR team culture • Evaluate and improve HR programs, policies, and practices while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance • Align with HR stakeholder leaders to assess initiative intersections, address current and anticipated challenges, and maintain transparency • Advise business leaders on decisions and complex business issues using knowledge of operations, industry trends, and HR analytics • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals through clear expectations, coaching, and alignment with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study • 10+ years of relevant professional experience • Knowledge of workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development • Experience with HR analytics and data-informed talent and performance decisions • Ability to lead and develop HR professionals • Ability to ensure HR programs, policies, and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
