📋 Description

• Design and implement Dayforce, an HCM software suite, to align with the company HRIS • Manage employee data integrity, security, database files, tables, codes, and backup files • Develop and maintain back-end programs, databases, APIs, architecture, and servers for HR information systems • Collaborate with internal departments to improve the HRIS and provide technical guidance • Implement secure systems and troubleshoot computer and software operations • Evaluate HRIS systems, recommend changes, and engineer technical solutions for business requirements • Define and analyze information-systems objectives, scope, and issues to ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and analytics • Design functional HR software and technology roadmaps aligned with company goals • Test and engineer systems and software and develop system controllers • Incorporate new technologies and software-engineering methodologies into existing systems • Work with vendors and service providers to deliver HR technology services • Conduct software and programming engineering, fact gathering, analysis, and HR information and data management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5 years of experience in a software engineering or related role • 5 years of experience with Dayforce HCM implementation and configuration • Experience with Dayforce Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, Document Management, Dashboards, Core HR, and Onboarding modules • Experience integrating Dayforce with ATS, payroll providers, learning platforms, and document management systems • Experience with APIs and Web Services, including SOAP and REST • Experience with HR data transformation and migration using SQL, XML, and XSLT • Experience configuring custom dashboards and workforce analytics using Dayforce Expression Builder, SQL queries, and data visualization • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS HRIS environments, including compliance, security, and performance optimization • Experience with HRIS security and authentication management, including RBAC and SSO authentication • Experience with HRIS compliance and security frameworks, including GDPR, SOC2, and FLSA
