• Perform a variety of administrative duties • Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database • Keep all filing systems up to date • Provide support in a team-based environment • Communicate effectively with stakeholders • Respond to emails and phone calls • Schedule meetings • Book travel and accommodations • Manage a contact list • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records • Create presentations as assigned • Meet team productivity and accuracy standards • Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information • Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred) • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
