📋 Description

• Lead a team of field-based reimbursement managers and oversee day-to-day field reimbursement program operations • Hire, develop, coach, evaluate, culture-build and lead the reimbursement team • Oversee staffing, profitability, standard operating procedures, process design, implementation and process improvements • Monitor client SLA agreements and make staffing or process changes when SLAs are not met • Monitor activity and performance development for nationwide remote-based direct reports • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, weekly team meetings, monthly check-ins, quarterly performance surveys and monthly QA audits • Establish communication and partnership between field teams and home-office counterparts • Conduct weekly meetings with client and operations teams, regular team teleconferences and quarterly ride-alongs • Identify and execute field operations efficiency and innovation projects • Ensure contractual, SLA, privacy and compliance commitments are met using FRM SFDC activity measures • Report day-to-day team results to McKesson Client Services and key client contacts • Produce monthly and quarterly client reports with the Senior Manager • Manage client expectations and provide consultative process-improvement, revenue-generating and cost-saving recommendations • Assist with and participate in quarterly business reviews • Establish development opportunities and provide ongoing training for Field Reimbursement Managers • Liaise with Client Services, Information Systems, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Training

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience • 2+ years of supervisory experience • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience • Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team preferred • Experience managing a field-based team, with management of a field-based reimbursement team strongly preferred • Proven account management/client management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare related industry • Proven experience in direct communication with pharmaceutical clients or stakeholders • Collaborative and customer focused • Ability to develop strong team relationships and align individuals around team goals • Ability to handle multiple projects according to budget and timelines • Detailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvement • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to travel 60-80% (3-4 days a week) via automobile or plane • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record/MVR
