📋 Description

• Develop data solutions to measure SLAs and KPIs • Improve the overall customer experience and identify service gaps with internal support teams • Prepare, analyze, and interpret data results • Build visualization and self-service tools to support business data utilization • Understand the long-term functions of the physician/clinic class of trade • Develop systems, data products, and analytic tools to improve customer experience • Enhance and optimize dashboards and analytic products • Maintain and continuously update reporting assets as teams, SLAs, priorities, and metrics change • Support scalable data platforms without compromising data quality, timeliness, or reliability • Support advanced analytics, automation, and self-service reporting across the organization • Enable faster insight delivery and reduce dependency on a single resource

🎯 Requirements
