📋 Description

• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex Finance inquiries • Escalate complex or business-critical issues to appropriate team members • Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to update knowledge base materials • Collaborate with Configurators and Architects to support testing and documentation • Identify Workday optimization and user training/communication opportunities based on cases worked • Perform other duties as assigned • Support day-to-day operations in the Workday Solution Center • Serve as the first-level Workday contact for end users seeking support primarily with Workday Financials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2 years of experience in a support or operations role within finance, payroll, or HR systems • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis • Familiarity with Workday Finance functionality and workflows such as Procurement, Supplier Accounts (AP), Expenses, Grants, Gifts, Projects, Labor Costing, and Financial Reporting • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication • May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
