📋 Description

• Monitor data pipelines, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI data flows • Promptly resolve issues affecting system and pipeline performance • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries • Maintain reference tables and data mappings • Support HIPAA-aligned data handling practices • Validate records, reconcile data across systems, and delete duplicate files • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into user stories for the development team • Lead data analysis and requirements writing for new reports and dashboards • Coordinate QA testing and validation • Draft PRDs, technical specifications, and structured backlogs • Implement new IT tools and decommission legacy systems • Train end users on reporting tools • Maintain system performance and help development teams resolve issues and fulfill enhancement requests • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables • Maintain SOPs and training materials • Assist with status reports, meeting summaries, and executive updates • Prioritize projects according to CIO direction • Catch and resolve pipeline issues before they affect downstream reporting or leadership visibility • Ensure reports follow a tracked intake-to-delivery process

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare industry experience • Experience with and strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security practices • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships • Effective written communication skills for producing technical documents and executive-level summaries • Experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute care, or ACO environment would be beneficial but is not required • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, API integration, and/or AI-assisted data analysis/workflow automation tools is preferred • Experience managing claims data or using Jira or Confluence would be a plus
