📋 Description

• Own EHS delivery across Unity's AMER offices by developing and leading EHS policies, programs, and processes • Support global EHS performance measurement by setting baselines, leading and lagging indicators, targets, trends, and scorecards across AMER, APAC, and EMEA • Own the global EHS data architecture and define data flows through EHS platforms • Run routine data-quality audits across all three regions • Act as the EHS function's platform administrator and power user • Track evolving AMER EHS laws and regulations and translate them into Unity standards, training, and a compliance calendar • Conduct risk assessments and partner with stakeholders to close compliance gaps • Serve as the region's lead technical advisor on health and safety • Manage AMER EHS vendor relationships, including KPIs, performance monitoring, and work certification against contractual terms • Report to the Senior Manager, Global EHS & Corporate Sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or implementing Environment, Health & Safety programs, processes, policies, operations, or related engineering functions at a global level • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety, such as IOSH, NFPA, NEBOSH IGC1, IGC2, GC3, and OHSAS 18001 is highly desired • Knowledge of AMER EHS legal requirements, including regulations, codes, standards, directives, and administrative policies • Knowledge of EHS management systems, such as OHSAS18001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, or similar accredited EHS management systems • Familiarity with EHS risk assessment methods • Proven record of implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies • Ability to work independently and take direction from organizational leadership as needed • Organized and detail-oriented approach to implementing short-term and long-term work plans • Proficiency in software applications used to develop learning material and related graphics • Tech-sector experience and comfort learning new software systems may be advantageous • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving methodology • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
