• Lead the Advanced Compensation domain and support Talent Management & Performance functional areas • Lead functional stakeholders through risk and impact analysis of Workday enhancements and change requests • Make decisions on business processes, system configuration, global compliance, plan provisions, statutory requirements, and upstream/downstream impacts • Design and maintain Advanced Compensation structures • Configure and support Talent Management and Performance modules • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies • Lead system upgrades and feature rollouts • Act as Workday subject matter expert for compensation and talent domains • Meet with HR business partners and leadership regarding compensation cycles, talent reviews, and performance initiatives • Review and prioritize Workday tickets and enhancement requests • Analyze requirements for compensation plans, bonus structures, and performance processes • Configure Workday Advanced Compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and stock plans • Update Talent Management and Performance templates for goal setting, review cycles, and feedback • Test configurations and enhancements in the Workday sandbox and document results and issues • Troubleshoot complex compensation calculation, eligibility rule, and talent workflow issues • Respond to HR, manager, and employee inquiries about system functionality and data discrepancies • Monitor compensation and performance processes for errors or bottlenecks • Collaborate with IT and Workday analysts on integrations and data flows • Research Workday updates and best practices to recommend process improvements • Document system changes, configuration decisions, lessons learned, and audit information • Coach and mentor junior team members • Train and guide HR team members and end users on new features and process changes • Plan for releases and identify opportunities to use new Workday functionality
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of Human Capital Management systems experience, including Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, or advanced degree with at least 5 years of HCM systems experience including Workday configuration • Talent Management configuration experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Systems preferred • Experience with HR systems • Workday Pro or Partner certification desirable • Experience implementing Workday • Experience working cross-functionally • Critical thinking and ability to collaborate, analyze data and systems, generate ideas, and set high standards focused on customers and diversity and inclusion • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities • Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • U.S. work authorization requirements apply; Principal-level roles may qualify for U.S. sponsorship, subject to company policy
