📋 Description

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical Center of Technology portfolio • Develop and execute strategic sales plans • Identify practice trends and cultivate key customer relationships • Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities • Execute business reviews and contribute to regional and national conversion efforts • Serve as the main point of contact across Medtronic account teams, District Managers, Sales Area Directors, Sales Operations Specialists, and GYN and Hernia portfolio teams • Lead creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies • Optimize contracts and drive Surgical category expansion • Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews • Develop and maintain relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders • Drive adoption and utilization of Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation products • Cultivate relationships with field distribution partners • Maximize partnership programs and use account intelligence to increase market share • Achieve or exceed strategic and core disposable quotas • Achieve or exceed hardware quota • Expand contract categories • Improve opportunity management and forecasting accuracy • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the South LA / Long Beach region

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in surgical or related fields • Strong understanding of clinical environments • Ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders • Experience building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers • Ability to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Proficiency with CRM software, such as SF.com, and Microsoft Office Suite • Candidate must reside within the South LA / Long Beach territory • Valid driver’s license essential • Independently mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the role • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
