📋 Description

• Author domain-authentic materials science and engineering tasks based on prior work experience • Build data rooms and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks • Run tasks against AI models • Analyze model successes and failures • Iterate tasks until they effectively discriminate model performance • Collaborate with project leads and other domain experts to define quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Senior expertise in materials science (metals, ceramics, composites, characterization, additive manufacturing), electrical engineering (analog, RF, power), or mechanical engineering (design, CFD and fluids, heat transfer, pressure vessels, NDE, CAE) • Able to navigate ambiguity • Able to explain why a wrong answer is wrong • Independent contractor status • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support • Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
