📋 Description

• Answer critical business questions using standard analytics tools • Surface insights and develop data visualizations • Utilize standardized approaches to analyze consumer insights, clinical effectiveness, and business value • Maintain continuous attention to analytics time-to-value and data quality • Apply best practices for measurement and visualization and maintain data security • Participate in and significantly contribute to enterprise data stewardship across all data domains • Use and support approved communication channels, including Microsoft Teams and Power BI, to promote data literacy and communication among data customers • Extract and analyze data using data analytics tools • Deliver analytic outputs on a timeline • Document, develop, and communicate analytic findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Perform duties consistently with Mercy's mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Business Analysts: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience • Clinical Analysts: RN, MD, Health Information Management, or Information Science • Experience with financial, clinical, or web-based systems computing • Experience supporting and distributing interactive data visualizations • Skill building data visualizations using advanced visualization tools • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written) • Preferred experience in Epic, Cerner, or other EMR • Preferred DAX coding experience • Preferred SQL writing experience • Preferred scripting experience with R and Python • Preferred familiarity with cloud computing
