📋 Description

• The Instructional Design Consultant (IDC) is a key contributor to the success of the Education Services team. • This position is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of innovative learning solutions to enhance product education for our high-tech medication management solutions. • The IDC functions as a strategic business partner to understand performance needs and organizational constraints/requirements to determine innovative learning solutions. • The IDC is responsible for relationship management with their key business partners on product use, installation, support, and service for several products. • The IDC executes on key driver components of Education Services strategy for associates and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field required. • Master’s degree in Performance Improvement, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Education, Interactive Media or Learning Systems preferred • 2+ years’ experience in Instructional Design or learning solutions with an emphasis on eLearning required • Experience developing eLearning (web-based training modules), technical training videos (script writing, production, and video editing), documentation, presentations and other training materials maintained in a Learning Management System (LMS) required • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate or other learning authoring tools required. • Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
