📋 Description

• Reposition Mirantis from a private cloud infrastructure leader into a full-stack AI infrastructure company • Build market gravity through analyst conversations, buyer shortlists, ecosystem conversations, and earned attention • Personally craft positioning and messaging for an open, vendor-agnostic AI infrastructure standard • Lead marketing across Enterprise and CSP/Neocloud business motions • Develop coherent brand strategy for long-cycle enterprise and fast-moving CSP/Neocloud buyers • Document impact through case studies, metrics, and market-moving launches • Assess, develop, and reshape the existing marketing team • Build and activate industry ecosystem partnerships, including with NVIDIA and leading Neoclouds • Partner with BD to create joint go-to-market motions • Collaborate with Sales, Product, CEO, and executive staff to shape company direction

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the United States • Flexibility for travel • Comfortable operating with a moderate budget and making sharp trade-offs rather than running every playbook • Experience participating in the cloud native rise, with understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure orchestration • Experience in AI infrastructure, including GPU orchestration, AI clouds, model serving, and inferencing • Experience working at, marketing to, or competing against companies such as CoreWeave, Nebius, Crusoe, Together.ai, Fireworks.ai, BaseTen, Modal, Northflank, VAST, Netris, ClearML, or NVIDIA, and/or infrastructure pedigree from AWS, Red Hat, Rancher, HPE, or Dell • Entrepreneurial, high-growth startup experience preferred by the role's profile • Demonstrated track record of specific launches, campaigns, positioning shifts, or brand moments with measurable outcomes • Technical depth sufficient to be credible with infrastructure engineers and AI researchers • Track record of building brand awareness, analyst/media presence, and pipeline impact • Ability to build and activate an industry ecosystem and forge business development and partnership relationships • Experience driving outcomes at the scale of billions of dollars in enterprise value
