📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and support PIVOT platform components and associated systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, availability, and functionality. • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. • Monitor system health and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues proactively. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders to meet mission requirements. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities. • Provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimization efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, platform engineering, or systems administration • Experience with troubleshooting complex technical environments • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Experience working with virtualization, cloud, networking, or enterprise applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials or security clearance, if applicable • Preferred: Previous experience supporting federal government or DoD environments • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices • Preferred: Experience with automation and scripting tools • Preferred: Industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, Azure, AWS, or comparable certifications
