📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth and enhancement of the Transportation Provider network • Cultivate relationships and identify growth opportunities with national transportation providers • Support transportation network growth and development plans with the capacity and planning team • Standardize capacity models within the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider network • Recruit transportation providers and explore growth opportunities within the existing network • Collaborate with community-based organizations to establish partnerships and alternative transportation options • Contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presentations, and strategic business recommendations • Participate in negotiations with transportation providers and maintain positive business-partner relationships • Facilitate cross-departmental communication about network development opportunities and action plans • Support market research on transportation dynamics, client requirements, and local government regulations • Develop procedures and policies for contract evaluation, term and rate negotiation, and transportation contract needs • Support engagement of new providers and resolve provider concerns, inquiries, and escalations • Use analytics and data insights to evaluate network costs, performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction • Support cross-functional projects through milestones, project plans, and policy development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ten (10) plus years of experience in account management, NEMT, and/or transportation • One (1) plus years of experience in medical, specialty, and/or disability transportation management • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted • Government contracting experience strongly preferred • Salesforce experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including MCOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Systems • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and establish departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives • Comprehensive knowledge of NEMT and working with transportation providers • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Strong planning, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder-engagement, critical-thinking, business-acumen, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic environments • Commitment to continuous learning and ethical decision-making
