• Own the end-to-end orchestration of product introductions and translate company goals into launch strategies and detailed plans • Manage operational dependencies including pricing, SKU architecture, legal review, and compliance signoff • Evolve and institutionalize standardized launch processes and tools across the product portfolio • Align launch activities with long-term strategic goals and current market demands • Liaise with senior management through high-stakes updates and data-driven executive presentations • Lead and influence Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams and hold stakeholders accountable • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership on enablement for new solutions • Identify market and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies • Establish and monitor launch KPIs and conduct post-mortem analyses • Drive execution using modern project management tools, automation, and emerging technology • Take active ownership of launch challenges and model a player-coach, growth-oriented approach • Maintain rigorous launch documentation and reporting as the enterprise single source of truth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of experience in product launch, GTM strategy, or product marketing for complex enterprise SaaS software, including organic and white-labeled products • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology market, including clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and provider needs (desired) • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM orchestration and strategic launch ownership • Proficiency designing and optimizing cross-functional processes • Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Monday.com • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex launch mechanics to senior executives • Experience conducting post-launch analysis, establishing KPIs, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into business improvements • Familiarity managing stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting authority in high-pressure environments • Familiarity using AI for efficiency, automation, and data accuracy in the product launch lifecycle • Commitment to rigorous documentation and maintaining a single source of truth for go-to-market activities • Ability to work Eastern business hours • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
