📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing technical delivery team • Foster accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth • Lead complex interface initiatives and ensure milestones are met on time and to specification • Improve interface processes and internal tooling • Implement and manage operational dashboards to track KPIs • Identify risks, address bottlenecks, and provide project-status visibility to leadership • Serve as primary contact for complex client escalations • Coordinate issue resolution with Cloud, Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Training teams • Escalate stalled projects and maintain audit standards for third-party delivery timelines and quality • Build cross-functional relationships aligned with business objectives • Audit and hold third-party partners accountable to delivery timelines and quality standards • Champion adoption of AI and automation tools • Identify repetitive workflows for automation and lead AI-driven solutions to improve delivery and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical leadership experience required • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading and mentoring technical delivery teams of 5 or more individual contributors • 5+ years of overall experience leading complex integration, interface, or technical service initiatives from inception to rollout • Proficiency in HL7 (V2/V3), FHIR, CDA, or industry-specific data interchange protocols, if applicable • Foundational understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Foundational understanding of deployment pipelines • Preferred: PMP, HL7, FHIR, Change Management, or Healthcare Leadership
