📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable every Branch Manager and Loan Officer in the network • Drive pipeline reviews, business planning, and national sales meetings • Build out training strategy and onboarding for new BMs and LOs • Grow Realtor, builder, and referral partnerships, plus MSA/ASA opportunities • Partner with Recruiting to attract, retain, and grow top producers, including your own • Work hand-in-hand with Ops and Sales Support to clear roadblocks that slow production • Sit on Senior Leadership and help shape forecasts, growth strategy, and market expansion • Report directly to the President and serve on the Senior Leadership Team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently leading, or with recent experience leading, multiple markets or branches (a single-branch management background does not meet this requirement) • 15+ years of mortgage banking sales leadership experience (preferred) • Average monthly funded volume of $15M+ across your team • Demonstrated success leading multi-state retail mortgage organizations • A proven personal production track record, with the reputation and relationships to bring a team along • Strong command of branch economics and production performance metrics • Proven ability to coach, retain, and develop high-performing sales teams • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills • Must currently live in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
