📋 Description

• Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs • Own implementation processes for assigned accounts, including successful software implementation and training to drive client adoption • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment • Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members • Ensure timely and successful completion of new-client implementations • Monitor client progress and activities to ensure adoption while staying within scope and schedule • Host virtual or in-person customer sessions • Travel to customer on-sites as needed, approximately 40% • Serve as the primary point of contact during client implementation phases for hardware and software implementations • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders • Guide customers on change management programs, Motive product utilization, and initial system setup

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related B2B role, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all organizational levels, including executive and C-level • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred • PMP Certification preferred • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
