📋 Description

• Serve as the connective link between the Revenue organization and Enterprise Systems technical engineers for AI-related builds and deployments • Translate business use cases into technical requirements and user stories • Align timelines, project plans, and scope across technical and business teams • Establish and maintain AI usage processes and policies with IT leaders • Partner with business and data teams to identify, prepare, and maintain high-quality data sources • Own the internal roadmap for AI agents, applications, and prompts • Guide agile development through intake, sizing, development, QA, release, and ongoing support • Collaborate with Revenue Developers on agent, application, and prompt engineering • Size ongoing agentic-use-case consumption costs based on usage, token consumption, and model selection • Create business cases for AI investment priorities and roadmap prioritization • Coordinate GTM AI vendor evaluations, including vetting, trial criteria, procurement, infosec, legal, and internal-tool comparisons • Provide executive and business-leader updates, explaining technical concepts in business terms and focusing on impact • Establish internal AI product strategy and development practices for solutions serving 2,000+ sellers • Train organization members on AI tools and measure and improve adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Mixed business and technical background • 5+ years of product/program management experience • At least 2 years of experience working directly with engineering resources • 2+ years of hands-on proficiency with GenAI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration • Ability to model LLM operating costs, including token burn, model choice, and usage forecasts • Experience creating business cases to justify internal tool investments • Fluency in Agile for AI, including backlog triage, sprints, rapid A/B experiments, and post-release monitoring • Track record steering cross-functional delivery across business, technical, and procurement teams • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
