📋 Description

• Teach and instruct agency customers/end users and staff on complex software products and services • Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software • Present training using classroom methods including lectures, flip charts, and online projection • Complete department-required reports within set standards • Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules • Coordinate customer agency information between trainers • Operate under supervision from the Customer Education Lead • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions • Travel over 75% to customer sites in the United States

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software • Must have a valid driver's license • Experience with Motorola Flex Administration preferred • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Willingness/ability to travel over 75% • Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States
