📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites • Educate site stakeholders on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements using approved resources • Support treatment sites' operational capabilities and consistent execution across the end-to-end treatment journey • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites • Provide support on product processes, operations, and logistics • Act as primary contact for operational issues, triage issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolution • Collaborate with oncology field teams to support compliant engagement and consistent site experiences • Build trusted relationships with treatment-site operational leaders • Use company data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities • Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help headquarters improve communications, workflows, resources, and education • Support accounts across the Atlanta geography, including Georgia and South Carolina

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies • Ability to operate effectively in evolving, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including process-friction identification, root-cause diagnosis, and stakeholder coordination • Ability to build meaningful customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and disciplines • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations • Ability to travel approximately 50% • Valid driver's license • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies • Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows • Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise • Candidate must reside in the designated Atlanta geography, including Georgia and South Carolina • No visa sponsorship
