• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites • Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements • Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support • Help sites develop the operational capabilities and knowledge needed for consistent end-to-end product execution • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites • Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics • Act as primary point of contact for operational issues • Triage and address issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders • Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities • Synthesize site feedback and process insights to help headquarters enhance communications, workflows, resources, and education • Support a field-based, customer-facing, non-demand-generating, non-promotional role for oncology treatment sites
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies • Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps • Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with treatment-site operational stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations • Ability to travel approximately 50% • Valid driver's license • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies • Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows • Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise • Candidate must reside in the designated geographic territory • No visa sponsorship
