📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites • Educate treatment sites on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements • Deliver process-focused education using approved resources • Support sites' operational capabilities and consistent execution of the end-to-end treatment journey • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites • Provide support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues • Triage and address issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes • Collaborate with oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders • Use company-generated data and dashboards to assess site operational metrics • Identify opportunities for operational improvement • Synthesize site feedback and process insights for HQ teams • Help enhance communications, operational workflows, resources, and education

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem • Proven track record working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies • Ability to operate effectively in white-space environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps • Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to interact with individuals from varied cultures and disciplines • Strong leadership skills • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations • Ability to travel approximately 50% • Valid driver's license • Preferred: experience supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies • Preferred: experience working with complex oncology workflows • Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups across a single enterprise
