📋 Description

• Lead and guide Regional Cardiovascular Leads, providing direction and support for customer engagement strategies • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-centric team • Evaluate team impact and performance and achieve business outcomes • Observe customer interactions and provide training, coaching, counseling, reskilling, and upskilling • Promote inclusivity, psychological safety, and belonging • Build relationships with scientific and clinical leaders in the cardiovascular field • Conduct approved scientific discussions with customers and gather actionable customer insights • Attend scientific conferences and society meetings • Collaborate with customer-facing colleagues across the designated geography • Partner with marketing and training to design engagement content • Work with regional teams and counterparts to identify critical issues and opportunities • Manage and deploy resources and budgets to achieve objectives and return on investment • Make localized resource allocation decisions • Identify opportunities to drive business results • Provide field and customer input to HQ brand teams • Influence national strategies and tactics through cross-functional teams • Develop strategic plans using scientific and clinical leader information • Align to performance objectives and monitor and adjust strategic plans • Maintain compliance with company practices, regulatory policies, legal requirements, and guidelines • Report to the Director of the Regional Cardiovascular Lead Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of sales experience, including leading teams • Equivalent leadership experience in the healthcare/scientific field or professional marketing experience may qualify • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to understand, distill, and convey complex scientific and public health-related concepts • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills • Ability to contextualize decisions into broader corporate strategies • Technological proficiency, including MS Office Suite and iPad • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle • Willingness to travel within the assigned geography, including overnight travel • Willingness to attend scientific conferences and meetings at headquarters • Preferred: advanced degree, such as MBA or PharmD • Preferred: 5+ years of current/recent cardiovascular market experience • Preferred: 5+ years of current/recent experience with cardiovascular products • Preferred: 3+ years of scientific and clinical leader engagement experience in the healthcare industry
