⢠Engage in bidirectional scientific and medical information exchange with Scientific Leaders ⢠Provide balanced, factual scientific information on non-product areas and respond to scientific questions about Company products ⢠Liaise between the scientific community and the Company regarding approved, in-development, and Company-sponsored or investigator-sponsored research ⢠Develop professional relationships with national and regional Scientific Leaders ⢠Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintain reliable medical contact with Scientific Leaders ⢠Address scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate Company resources ⢠Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the assigned therapeutic area ⢠Discuss investigator-sponsored research alignment, study concepts, scientific merit, and investigator qualifications ⢠Enhance understanding of investigator-sponsored research foundations and goals ⢠Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention ⢠Recommend study sites and identify potential investigators for Phase II-IV clinical programs ⢠Conduct Site Initiation Visits and support study milestones ⢠Serve as protocol lead in collaboration with Global Clinical Trial Operations ⢠Address investigator questions about Company-sponsored clinical studies ⢠Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings ⢠Facilitate scientific and data exchange involving Company and competitor data ⢠Gather scientific insights and feedback on medical needs, priorities, and concerns ⢠Support onboarding and share therapeutic expertise with other field medical team members ⢠Follow field and corporate policies, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative/operational responsibilities ⢠Model and promote an inclusive, empowering workforce
⢠Required PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD ⢠Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic-area experience beyond the terminal degree program, such as COPD/Respiratory ⢠Candidates must reside within the North East territory: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, or Maine ⢠Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory ⢠Proven competence in the relevant therapeutic area ⢠Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills ⢠Principled verbal and written communication ⢠Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders ⢠Dedication to scientific excellence, scientific education, and dialogue ⢠Thorough understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other pharmaceutical-industry ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations ⢠Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment ⢠Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote ⢠Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms ⢠Valid driving license required ⢠No visa sponsorship ⢠Preferred: three years of relevant Respiratory (COPD) experience beyond the terminal degree program ⢠Preferred: field-based medical experience ⢠Preferred: research experience ⢠Preferred: demonstrated scientific/medical publication record
