📋 Description

• Maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams • Contribute to the internal developer platform, including self-service tooling, workflows, and automation • Own testing, documentation, and rollout for platform enhancements and new tool integrations • Write reliable, maintainable code in Python, Go, or TypeScript • Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience • Contribute to a product operating at significant scale • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions • Grow into ownership of a platform surface with support from senior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years writing and shipping production software, with working proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar; built or substantially reworked pipelines • Working knowledge of Docker; able to write and debug a Dockerfile and explain image and layer tradeoffs • Experience owning something end to end, such as a service, pipeline, internal tool, or library • Comfort working in a Unix-like environment and using Git • Systematic approach to debugging systems not originally written by you • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn • Ability to communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions • Curiosity about infrastructure and developer tooling • Experience on a platform, infrastructure, or developer-productivity team (bonus) • Kubernetes in a production context (bonus) • Infrastructure as code, such as Terraform (bonus) • Fluency with agentic coding tools in daily workflow (bonus) • Observability tooling such as New Relic, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry (bonus)
