📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in shaping compensation programs • Analyze, design, and administer enterprise-wide compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and salary structures • Conduct market benchmarking • Lead complex compensation analyses • Support pay equity and compliance initiatives • Translate data into insights that inform executive decision-making • Consult with leaders across the organization • Influence key compensation initiatives • Deliver compensation solutions that attract, retain, and reward top talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of compensation experience • Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs • Strong background in analytics and compensation operations • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (required) • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred • Must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella • Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or have an approved medical or religious exemption
