📋 Description

• Design and build core AI systems and platforms • Work on core backend systems that power Mural’s agent platform • Develop the agent memory layer and monitoring infrastructure • Translate complex product needs into backend architectures • Help define technical direction for agentic AI at Mural • Champion engineering excellence and mentor others • Contribute to team growth through hiring and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong expertise designing, building, and operating reliable production systems • Experience designing and operating distributed systems for complex workflows • Familiarity with AI, LLM, or agentic systems • Strong focus on production quality • Strong communication skills • Experience working full stack or collaborating closely on product-facing frontend experiences • Deeper AI/ML experience • Experience with knowledge graphs, graph-based data modeling
