β€’ Handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service β€’ Answering customer calls and emails promptly and professionally β€’ Primary contact for video banking communication β€’ Providing accurate and efficient assistance to members in resolving their inquiries, concerns, or complaints β€’ Troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on product or service features β€’ Documenting detailed information about customer interactions in our database β€’ Recommending products and educating members to help meet their financial goals β€’ Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a member-centric attitude while interacting with members β€’ Collaborating with other Remote Service Professionals to improve member service β€’ Help to train new employees and inform them about company’s policies β€’ Make fraud prevention, security, and accuracy a top priority β€’ Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and protocols for consistent service delivery

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent β€’ 2+ years of related experience β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required β€’ Financial Institution Experience (Preferred) β€’ Sales Experience (Preferred)
