📋 Description

• Perform manual testing for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications • Test Salesforce features including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel • Validate Salesforce customizations involving Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules • Track defects and manage testing activities using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr • Perform data validation using SOQL • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing and quality objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud or related CRM applications • Strong understanding of Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel • Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, including JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr • Basic knowledge of SOQL for Salesforce data validation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
